A couple of pictures and a sentence about it. You get a price back, or a clear next step, usually within the hour, 7am–9pm. No sales call.
Nobody dislikes the lights. People dislike the ladder, the tangle, the one strand that does not work, and taking it all down in January when the novelty has gone.
That is the whole service. I hang them, clip them properly so nothing is stapled through a cable, put them on a timer so you are not switching anything, come back if a run fails, and take them down and box them for next year.

The last two weeks of November are the whole season compressed. Booking in October or early November means you get the date you want rather than the one that is left.

- Do you supply the lights?
- Either. Yours if you have them and they still work, or I can pick up commercial-grade strands that will last more than one season.
- Do you come back if something fails?
- Yes. A run going out is normal and fixing it is part of the job, not another call-out.
- Do you do the take-down too?
- Yes, and it is the part most people want most. Boxed and labelled so next year is easier.
